Dedicated to Lucien Wurmser. Written in G-flat major, this waltz combines a buoyant dance rhythm with rich harmonic nuance.

After the introduction, the principal melody takes center stage, with graceful ornamental embellishments. The middle section, more serious in character, shifts to B minor.
